Susan Roth, AICP, has 16 years of professional planning experience in a variety of discipline areas, and has been certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) for 12 years. Her experience includes municipal land use planning and zoning, historic preservation, master planning, environmental review (SEQRA) review and preparation.  She meets the Secretary of Interiors guidelines for classification as an Architectural Historian. She has worked for 10 years in planning firms based in New York Metro Area with a broad diversity of clients in the Hudson Valley Region.
